From toning to Pilates and dance to yoga there's even cheerleading and rock'n'roll to put the fun factor high on the list, ensuring you end every workout with sweat on your brow and a smile on your face.

The Government's Chief Medical Officer recommends 30 minutes of exercise each day to achieve optimum health benefits. However, WHY-WEIGHT has established this does not have to be completed in one go, but can be achieved via 2 or 3 short bursts which is where our unique mini-workouts come in. It's now easy to fit exercise around your daily commitments, maybe a little latin after dropping the kids at school or perhaps a stretch before bedtime, the choice is definitely yours.
